- TEBISA products have been manufactured under the highest standards of quality and workmanship.
- TEBISA warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal installation, use and service.
- TEBISA recommends the use of professional plumbers in all installations and repairs.
- TEBISA warrants to the original consumer purchaser for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns their home (the 'Warranty Period' for homeowners), that the TEBISA faucet will be leak and drip-free during normal use and that all parts and finishes of the TEBISA faucet will be free from defects in material and manufacturing workmanship, except for decorator finishes which are warranted for 3 years from the original date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable. AII other purchasers (including purchasers for industrial, commercial and business use) are warranted for a period of 5 years from the original date of purchase (the "Warranty Period' for non-homeowners).
- If a TEBISA faucet should ever develop a leak or drip during the Warranty Period, TEBISA will provide, FREE OF CHARGE, the parts necessary to put the faucet back in good working condition and will replace, FREE OF CHARGE, any part or finish that proves defective in material and manufacturing workmanship, under normal installation, use and service. At its option, TEBISA will either have you send prepaid the defective part or product to TEBISA for inspection; or may elect to send you a replacement part or product without investigation. - This warranty is extensive in that it covers the replacement of all defective parts and finishes. TEBISA will not be responsible for labor charges and/or damages incurred in installation, repair or replacement, nor for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, losses, injuries or costs of any nature relating to the TEBISA faucet. Except as provided by law, this warranty is in lieu of and excludes all others warranties, conditions and guarantees, whether expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise, including without restriction those of merchantability or of fitness for use. This warranty excludes damage due to aggressive air or water condition.
- Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) from the original consumer purchaser must accompany all warranty claims.
- Defects or damages caused by the use of other than genuine TEBISA parts are not covered by this warranty.

- Some states, provinces and nations do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
- The foregoing is the only warranty made by the manufacturer.
CONSUMER INFORMATION
PRODUCT DESIGNS AND DIMENSIONS
Product designs may change without prior notice. Product dimensions are approximate and are not intended for installation or specification purposes.
CLEANING AND CARE
AII cleaning must be carried out using only water, neutral soap, and a clean soft cloth. Cleansing with any other solution or material will void the warranty. In areas of hard water where lime is present, we recommend that the surface be dried with a soft cloth after each use; this is especially important for the decorator finishes.
WARNING
Do not use any abrasive material or detergents. Some solutions and detergents contain acid; the resulting vapour can affect the finish of your product even if the cleanser is not applied directly. In unoccupied houses, the evaporation from standing water in the drains can create sufficient vapour from the pipes to harm the finish of your product.
RECOMMENDATIONS
AII faucets made of leaded brass alloys contribute small amounts of lead to water that is allowed to stand in contact with the brass. Your TEBISA faucet complies with all U.S. Environmental Protection Agency regulations limiting the amount of lead permitted in plumbing brass and solder. The amount of lead contributed by any faucet is highest when the faucet is new. The
following steps will reduce potential exposure to lead from faucets and others parts of the plumbing system:
- Always run the water for a few seconds prior to use for drinking or cooking.
- Use only cold water for drinking or cooking.
- If you wish to flush the entire plumbing system of water that has been standing in the pipes or other fittings, run the cold water until the temperature of the water drops, indicating water coming from the outside main.
- If you are concerned about lead in your water, have it tested by an EPA certified laboratory in your area.
